My initial call was very pleasant. But, my second was abrupt. No empathy, nothing. It was very cold and disconnected. My mother recently passed away, and I needed someone to help navigate me through my concerns. It was not personable, she was cut and dry did not respond to my concerns, just legal gargune I had no clue what it meant.
I sought out a second and third opinion. Determined that I needed an organization that didn't treat me as if I was just another person going through the assembly line.
