Absolutely ridiculous how they have "handled" my husband's case for a real estate issue. Charging frivolous fees for zero actions taken, never able to get into contact with ANYONE via email, phone call, texts... all these "methods" they use to be able to get ahold of them and for them to ignore you. Claiming someone at the office has been trying to get into contact yet our phone records prove otherwise. Joe Lico was supposed to be the attorney handling this but of course unreachable on matters UNTIL the retainer was not where they wanted it and all of a sudden we can be contacted when in need of more money FOR DOING NOTHING. THEN they have the nerve to continue charging for contact fees WHEN WE ALREADY FIRED THEM AND ASKED FOR THE REST OF OUR RETAINER BACK!! This place is a joke and lack of communication is just the tip of issues with this "firm". Do yourself a favor, get an actual lawyer who works with you. Not pretends to be in contact and just want money. And don't say "we have no record of you in our system".... no kidding. It's my husband you POORLY "worked" with.

I had started working with Robinson and Henry and paid a retainer of 1500 followed by another 1500 when they exhausted the first 1500 and did nothing. I did get part of the second 1500 back but then when I was able to take the case off hold I paid 2k which they again had almost exhausted completely with absolutely no communication unless it was to ask for more money. This firm is an expensive joke. They asked how to fix the relationship I told them to do what I hired them to do and they respond with "It seems like you no longer wish to work.with our firm" and then commutation stopped again and I get another bill all for absolutely nothing no response and the person I am going against didn't even know I had representation till I told her the name of my attorney and then she contacted them and I am still getting no communication I have no idea what was discussed by my so called representation. They have collected over 3500 from me and have done absolutely nothing. I'd give negative stars if I could as this firm is a joke a scam and a rip off.

I did not hire them, but I was impressed with their professionalism and legal knowledge. Good firm they do not practice in ADA discrimination or I would have hire them

Update: Shortly after this review, I was contacted by Mr. Chandler, Legal Operations Manager, and he was apologetic, listened, and strived to make the matter right, which I really appreciated. He was accommodating and a resolution was reached that I am happy with. I truly appreciate the time and concern he took with the matter. Worst experience I've ever had in dealing with a law office. Started with one lawyer, whom after a few months was either fired or quit. The new lawyer assigned, same thing after a few months. Neither are with the company any more. I have put thousands into an estate case, which was not very complicated and it dragged on for over a year and now with the case closed, I still know very little about the trust in question or even how to move forward. I also had to find the life insurance policy on my own with hours of phone time/research. A total waste of time and money. When you seek representation, you want a firm that is knowledgable, proactive and not taking advantage of your situation. Spend your money elsewhere.

During my consultation, all my questions were answered. I felt my concerns were heard with understanding and compassion. I was given helpful information and resources as well.

I don’t ever do reviews.. but they are the worst. My experience with them was extremely upsetting and I regret having worked with them. Money hungry and bare minimum sums it up. I recommend Goldman Law. Night & day…

Robinson & Henry is the only option for legal work in my mind. They have leveled all other firms to rubble across the board in the wake of their exceptional legal work and outstanding service. You cannot pick wrong when you pick Robinson & Henry. While seeking counsel I'd met with an innumerable list of firms. None of my consults gave me quite the same confident feeling afterwards like I did when I met with Ryan Robertson for Robinson & Henry. He's a straight-shooter and a stand-up individual. Evident the very minute we started talking about my case, he wields vast legal knowledge and expertise unlike what I had experienced in any other practice's consult. He was able to precisely and delicately communicate what needed to be said without coming off abrasive at all. He told me how it was and what he thought it would cost upfront during my consult, something no other practice was able to manage. Now that my case is said and done, I look back and know that Ryan was spot on in his initial cost estimate. No firm could or did do that but Robinson & Henry. Ryan commands an army of highly skilled attorneys. One of these attorneys, Ian McDavid, was assigned to my case. Him and I chatted about the details of my case shortly after I had paid the very reasonably priced retainer. Ian was excellent. I can hardly think of anyone who comes off as professional and educated like Ian does. In the short order of words I provided alongside the (at the time) vague case file, Ian was able to see the big picture and how everything fit together. Ian was upfront with me about how he would be billing from the get-go. Ian had noticed my case was in a different county than the one he lived in. The drive time would cost a pretty penny, and he was honest about that. Thanks to his keen eye, I was able to switch to an attorney closer to home. No other attorney does that except for one from Robinson & Henry. When I talked to Ryan about switching my attorney out for someone else, he was amicable. He was extremely reasonable and understanding of my needs and the budget I was trying to work within. He made it work, and didn't take my change from his choice personally. I'm incredibly impressed, because any other manager from any firm would have been very upset with my ask. You won't find that kind of upstanding service at anywhere but Robinson & Henry. Katy Kinney was the attorney who ended up working my case. At each stage of the process, I would continue to consult with other firms to see if the path being took was how other attorneys would have handled it. At every turn, I was strongly advised by those other firms that I take what was offered by the prosecutor at their respective times. "That's a screaming deal!" one told me. Katy Kinney parted oceans with the prosecution to get something no other attorney or I thought was possible. The alternative approach taken by attorneys from Robinson & Henry is clearly superior and planned without haste. Even though Katy had a busy docket, she was still able to do exceptional legal work, a sign of good work ethic and an incredible feat of managerial involvement to not overwork her. When she occasionally wasn't able to make hearings, Katy would tag in Andrew Hug, who would provide input, ideas, and support to Katy while she was negotiating a better deal. When I met Andrew in person for the first time, I was struck by his sharp appearance. Was his suit tailored? It sure looked like it-- he was clearly a league above anyone else in the building at the time. Though I'd never tell him, I wish I had fashion like his. In the courtroom, Andrew was well-spoken; certainly a force to be reckoned with. I can't imagine that I would have wanted any other attorney than Andrew to substitute for Katy. Who else but Robinson & Henry will give you an alternate on the bench you can trust to tag in? It isn't possible for me to write more about the full positive experience I've had with Robinson & Henry (character limit). If I had to review it in one sentence, I know I'd say: You cannot pick wrong when you pick Robinson & Henry.

On their website they say they do civil litigation but when I called they said they dont do civil litigation.
