I met, via Zoom, with Dean Ferraro to get some advice. He was friendly, knowledgeable and straightforward. He provided me advice and direction. Seemed to be a good guy.

We hired Robinson & Henry to assist us with a business matter. Our attorney was Bill Groh. He was great. His communication was awesome. We always knew what was happening. He didn't sugar coat things which we appreciated. He was able to get out matter resolved pretty quickly. They made sure that we were taken care of and that our voices were heard!! God forbid I ever need another attorney I know exactly who I will be using!

UPDATE: When I expressed my issues that had arisen from my experience with one of the lawyers and paralegals that Robinson and Henry employed, the company contacted me almost immediately and was extremely interested in what I had to say. They listened to everything I had to say and was very helpful. I learned that the attorney, Mikayla S. was no longer employed by this law firm and that the firm partners were also very understanding of my situation. The partners were not aware of my negative experience until just recently and worked with me to not only give me a better understanding of the overall situation but help compensate me and assure me that his only mission was to ensure that his firm's commitment to quality representation. I beg you, go online and look if they have a past judgement against them, what their experience actually is. This is the revolving door for attorneys who don't want to be at the location they are currently at. Ask lots of questions about the case load the attorney they are choosing for you. Let you decided for you --- not the other way around. You get what you pay for.

I worked with Richard Schmittel on a home contractor dispute. Rich was very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I highly recommend this firm and Rich. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is the billing practices as others have said. Rather than giving you a reasonable due date on bills, they expect payment right away and hound you if you do not immediately pay. Providing a reasonable due date for bills (say 2 weeks) is far more professional.
