Spoke to a lawyer today about a legal question and he was terrific. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. The lawyers name was Alfred Smart.

Called to ask a preemptive question before I move a person into my house, about eviction policy, etc. The lady on the phone typed out my question (I assume into Skype) and said they only handle active evictions, not answer proactive questions. Also, no one messaged her back while we were on the phone, so I was dismissed. Quite hilarious, in my opinion.

I had a consultation with Cierra Garzo. She was very easy to understand and took the time to hear out the specifics on my case and make some recommendations. She gave me an exact quote on the retainer and answered all of my questions. They seem pretty great to me. I have one more consultation but these people are the front-runners so far. Thanks! Screech! Hold the bus in this one. This review is gonna take some time but i can say that the charge 12,000.00 to attend a child support hearing. Only to be held in contempt and we were ridiculed by the judge for being unprepared. Plain and simple they sent some guy that looked like he lived in a van down by the river. Yikes! Ill get back to this and write up the whole fiasco. Buyer beware.

The office was super kind, but not helpful. The divorce and child custody agreement took over a year, which I know isn’t too bad considering. For the mediation, there were things changed without my knowing that weren’t discussed on the phone. I asked for an amendment for the orders and the person in charge of my case told me that’s not something that could be done. My ex broke a court order and there was no file for contempt of court. This office will only do bare minimum. They’re average prices (25,000 for a year of work) with below average help. I only recommend them if you have a short and uncomplicated situation.

This review is for Julia Avellaneda who i hired for a divorce proceeding. Julia had extremely poor communication skills, rarely followed up on important things. She is very inexperienced and due to that I had to pay double fees because her manager Chris had to step in about how to handle some things for my case. You would think they would handle these cases in a professional manner due to the high hourly rate but, that is not the case here. I was paying a very high hourly rate and she missed many things that were claimed by my ex husband and his attorney that affected the resolution. I noticed she was in Florida multiple times during my case and, unable to answer questions or focus on my case. Note: She will talk about her personal life and still charge you for her time. Very unprofessional! Would absolutely NOT recommend anyone to her or this firm. Credibility = 0 Competence = 0 Legal research skills = 0
