As a former client of Robinson & Henry my impression after our case was closed was far less then impressed. They took my case and the attorney that was assigned to represent me was more interested in taking care of the other litigant then fighting for, me. We did recover our original losses but when the additional damages claim came through he pulled more fees out of it leaving me with a huge attorney bill and nothing to show for it. However Boyd Rolfson reached out to me in an effort to make things right, I would like to personally thank Boyd for reaching out to me and setting things right. As a result of our conversation I would again call on Robinson & Henry to represent me in the future if needed. Similar to several previous reviews in the recent months, I thought I was alone in the way this law firm handled me and my case. Almost exactly like Brad's review, I had an initial consultation with whom I thought was a great attorney who cared about my situation. Sadly, I was transferred to another lawyer who subsequently began to "side with the parties at fault" Sadly, without ever even stepping foot into a courtroom, much less I recently found out I wasn't even in an "official law suit" I was charged almost 8K for a few emails and one official document sent. To date, nothing has been resolved and I was charged for 2 attorneys who "thanked" the opposing party for "their patience and understanding". Complete disrespect for their clients and unethical practices. For those others that have had similar experiences that wrote reviews, I am sorry you have gone through this as well.

My lawyer was excellent but the company was one worried about getting paid than what was going on with my case. Patrick Jones is an excellent attorney. However I wouldn't recommend Robinson and henry. They have a collection. Department that calls you and acts like they want to work with you but could care less if you don't have their money when they want it. I understand they have to eat too. But to care more about the money and how they can bleed me for more when all i was trying to do was get visitation of my kids. Allison Sutton appeared to not care at all about the final outcome. Yeah Robinson and Henry are definitely the epitome of your stereotypical law firm. Just trying get richer. Update...... I found out after writing this review that my lawyer and kids mother had met before it turns out that he used to go eat at the deli she worked at every day. And never once told me about it. Talk about a conflict of interest. And still charged me the full amount. If you have any other choice of representation I would strongly recommend choosing the other these people here really are just a bunch of lawyers trying to get paid. They could care less about you. Cause once you no longer have money left they will kick you to the curb with no hesitation. They don't care. You're just another paycheck to them. And their representation is sub par at best.

The real estate attorney I talked to was completely useless, absolutely no help, could not answer a single one of my questions.
