This law firm seems to have a real hard time responding to their clients, When I hired them they seemed responsive and understanding. I had them draft and send a Letter of Demand. I thought finally someone is going to help make things right. Once the letter was finished and sent out I was transferred to a different attorney because the first one apparently made mistakes in the letter.. So my new attorney took over and from the beginning it seemed as if he wanted to work for the aposing side in my case.. telling to just take what they offer and be quiet.usually have to write 2 or 3 emails before I get a response from them. If I call it takes several days before they call back. This firm seemed more interested in working for the other side then fighting for me. Would I recommend this law firm...? No is the simple answer.

I had a very positive in boarding experience. My brother and I are excited to have the R&H crew on our team. We had our family estate home stolen and look forward to getting back to its rightful owners.

I had my initial with Joe and it went well. He told me we could have a court date in 2 weeks to set a hearing. I was immediately handed over to another lawyer who was not up to the job. He missed all the deadlines we discussed in the initial meeting and has 1K in charges just to speak with the senior lawyers. At $345 an hour, I expect a seasoned lawyer and not OJT. The communication was lacking and they could not even get a simple service handled. I went through the exact same incident before and it costs less than 4K and they billed over 10K without ever stepping into the courtroom or getting the defendants served. They went off and filed alternate service without even asking what I wanted to do. Furthermore, during the dismissal, the lawyer botched the documents and now I have to deal with more legal action to resolve it. I made it clear what I agreed to and he did the opposite. Sadly, it looks like I will be entering a suit with this firm. Beware of the bait and switch others have discussed here.
