Placed on hold because receptionist didn’t know if they still represented in the area of law I needed. She stated she had to go ask someone. Despite the fact their website says they do. She forgot me and eventually it pushed me to the main number again. A new woman answered smacking loudly on whatever she was eating and asked me to repeat a description of what I needed. I was so agitated I just said no thanks and advised her not to eat during a call. Please use more professionalism when representing your firm to potential clients. I’m calling in pain with a swollen face. Long forgotten hold times are inconsiderate
