I worked with Christopher Sutton, Julia Avellaneda and Jennifer Little on my divorce case. Christopher's knowledge was invaluable. Julia was assigned to my case as it was wrapping up. She jumped in and was able to reach a settlement before trial and put me a ease! She respected the sensitive nature of the situation and was professional at all levels. They both answered my questions and were quick on their responses. Jennifer was so good at keeping me up to date and answering all questions that have. She always answered her phone and too was professional and kind. I feel blessed that had this team working with me during such a difficult time.

Several times throughout the Divorce process, “The Team” , Allison, Bailey and Josie. Along with a superior staff, Jennifer and Angela. Even with all the complete absurdity hurled at them from the other side, it was handled professionally with knowledge and efficiently with great skill. IMPRESSIVE, doesn’t quite explain their actions in Hearing. Sundries aside I was not an easy client, and certainly had my moments. I was allowed to be me, be honest, be free to speak from my heart. They cared, they shared and they carried me through some of the hardest days of my life so far. We got through it 🤪 To the Partners and Managers, Thank You, Thank You for having the dang smarts to put together such a great team of individuals. Allison Sutton did a wonderful job of enabling me to not lose more money than I had would've been able to pay to my ex wife. She burned the midnight oil whenever it was needed and always got back to me promptly whenever I had questions about anything! Highly recommend if you are getting put in a bad place by a soon to be ex!

I talked to David Hannum about an issue and he was very informative about what my options were and walked me step by step through my next steps. He was straight to the point which I appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone.

This review is for Julia Avellaneda who was an attorney at Gasper Law Group at the time that we hired for a divorce proceeding for my mother-in-law. Julia had extremely poor communication skills, rarely followed up on questions/issues, missed several extremely important filing deadlines. Key witness testimony was not allowed due to her negligence, no interviews of opposing witnesses was conducted due to poor organization, and many key facts were ignored by her in the court proceedings. She embarrassed herself as an attorney several times in front of the judge; even the opposing attorney had to help her out in the proceedings. It felt like we had a paralegal for an attorney; and even then the research on the case was not even good paralegal work. The senior partner had to step in at the last minute and save the case; but even then we missed the opportunity to hold the other party responsible for the attorney fees from this frivolous case because Julia did not include that in the original filing despite asking the judge and being told that she did not follow the proper process and therefore it could not be included; even though she promised us that was a possility. Would absolutely NOT recommend anyone to her; except for someone that I was going to be going AGAINST in a lawsuit. If you could choose your opponents attorneys, then she gets a 5 Star review. Credibility = 0 Competence = 0 Courtroom acumen = 0 Legal research skills = 0

The associates did an amazing job. Once I got the documents needed for my case, they went into action immediately. They helped me through the process and their professionalism was amazing. Thank you Robinson and Henry, P.C. associates for your help with my case!
