I highly recommend Todd Wagner. I was unsure and scared of what to do when deciding if bankruptcy was the right move for me. I felt guilty and scared and I was confused about all the options that I had at the time. I started looking into lawyers who could help me make the right decision for me. I read the reviews and called to scheduled my complementary consult. Not gonna lie, I was still scared lol. After speaking with Todd, I felt relieved; at ease. He laid out the options for me and fully explained how it works. He is calm, knowledgeable, professional but most importantly caring. Due to COVID-19 I was not able to see him in person BUT I can tell he loves what he does! I went ahead and paid to get started. The process was soooo easy and smooth. Nothing like How I would of imagened. Todd and his people are so good at following up and reminding you of what needs to be ready on a certain day. My last call with Todd was today and I can happily say, It's been a pleasure! Thank you so much! This is a fresh start and a life lesson for me. From the first phone call to the last day of court, Todd and his staff were with me all the way. Andrea and Emily were stellar. I really trusted this company and I have been severely let down. I am a year plus post bankruptcy and I was told by Todd Wagner that he would reaffirm my car loan. For the last year I have been speaking with Navy Federal Credit Union trying to figure out why my car loan was not showing on my credit report. Finally yesterday in a conversation with them I found out that my car loan was never reaffirmed. I’m not your typical bankruptcy I moved to Colorado for and job and it didn't work out. So I was financially ruined from moving here. Todd and I had several conversations about me wanting to keep my car loan and he told me repeatedly that he would reaffirm my car loan. He shared the reasons why he normally doesn’t do that. Turns out that I put the trust in the wrong people. If you are going to work with this company make sure that you have someone else to check their work. When called to discuss this with Todd Wagner, his staff hung up on me.

Todd and his team took such good care of us! We were well prepared throughout the process because he knows his stuff, there were no surprises. I highly recommend him and his whole team. They are knowledgable and so kind! I felt sorry for some people in the courtroom whose attorneys were not as prepared.
