Modern Family Law provided a great experience in a normally stressful time. Chelsea was honest, had great advice and direction. She was compassionate and kind. She was supportive of our LGBTQ needs and always made us feel comfortable. Furthermore, she had a great understanding of the law and how the courts might view our needs. I would absolutely recommend Chelsea. I always felt like Chelsea was working for me and had my (and my kids) best interest at heart!

Chelsea Hillman handled my case.. i always got a quick and professional response and action taken if need be... My case was a semi difficult case as we owned a home (lots of other assets)together and had been married 10 plus years... Thanks to her high level of personal care, truley caring about the client, my outcome was much better than I could have hoped for.. I would highly recommend them!!! True professionals...

I had a pretty straight forward case, but it was great to have Chelsea Hillman watching my back and making sure that I had all the paperwork correct. They were also good at scheduling the appointments around my schedule, so all I had to do was show up with the paperwork. They also had names of a specialist I needed after it was all over.

I retained Modern Family Law in 2019 to help me with a very contentious divorce. I unfortunately had to hire 3 different attorneys throughout my divorce and this was the worst of the bunch. First -- the paralegal straight up forwarded my communication to to my ex-husband's attorney. His attorney used it against me in court. When Jennifer would bill me, she'd say "I just had to get my hours in this week, so your bill might actually be lower." I paid about $35K in 6 months with this firm. I don't know if my bill was ever right. We were in court like 2-3 times and mediation once. $35K is a pretty hefty bill. When I finally switched attorneys because I was loosing confidence in what this firm was doing, they wouldn't send me any of the work they had billed me for. So motions that were billed as being written or drafted I never even got to see. I asked repeatedly for my file, and my new attorney did as well, and they just didn't respond. Super unprofessional and took it personally when I left rather than professionally or trying to retain my business.

Mark Bosworth is a fantastic child custody lawyer!! He's thorough, compassionate, and diligent. He answered ALL of my questions, most of the time within the same business day that I asked. He was extremely professional during the whole process and especially in the courtroom. He said EXACTLY what I wanted to get across to the judge! Brilliant lawyer! He was fair with his prices and how he charged for the time he spent on preparation..don't complain about money talking about lawyers... lawyer's cost money!! You get what you pay for, and we definitely got our money's worth in this very last minute hire. Thank you so much Mark!! Also their Lead Paralegal Rene was very helpful, responsive and professional as well. They work fast and hard..

I'm not sure where to start. The process was a 10 month roller coaster. There were issues left and right, whether it was gathering my personal belongings and having subpar representation, spelling/grammatical errors left and right or not having the courage to ask for something in court. It was definitely a battle I don't think this firm was ready for. Had I known more information ahead of time, it would have saved me in the long run. Why they didn't stand up for me when I was ordered to pay "spousal maintenance" for a 3 month marriage is beyond me. In the end, even with all the proof/evidence, the judges in this very bias/sexist state, really don't care. It's unfortunate to say the least. Not bad people, just wouldn't do business with them again.

I'm so thankful for this law firm, most importantly Chelsey Hillman and her team. I was nervous going into our case because my last experience wasn't the best, but they were so good at answering questions, helping me feel at ease and reassuring me through the whole process. Chelsey is so sweet but also gets right down to business and gets stuff done. We appreciate her and her team for everything they did for us. I would recommend them to anyone.

These are the worst attorneys I have ever dealt with. I have had many law firms in my 75 years, never had I ever had a more horrible experience. I am a published author. I managed Van Halen for 7 years. I just published a book called “Runnin’ with the Devil “. My Best book I personally believe... My name is Noel Monk. Google me or write me and I can talk. My personal opinion is go somewhere else. What l am saying is only my personal opinion. If you choice to use them that is fine with me. You might find them to be a great law firm. Never take one persons opinion. Find out for yourself. All the best to someone else. I hope that you find them Great!

I financially helped a family member for a legal problem. What should have cost between $5000-$10000 cost about $18000. They procrastinated returning my retainer fee - once received it was $167 short with no explanation. My family member did not receive very good legal representation on top of that! Look elsewhere for an attorney.

Mark Bosworth is amazing! After 7 years of a custody battle, he finally got me my child back. Very professional, compassionate and intelligent attorney. Always kept communication with me, even while on another case or in court. I never felt worry or fear with him. My 3 previous attorneys could never completely achieve success on my case. Mark is the only attorney that has truly helped my daughter and me. I owe alot to this man and this law firm. Thank you so much for giving me my heart again. And Rene, his paralegal...she is just a doll that is absolutely great to work with. Very helpful!
