I had a couple consultations with Kreston Hendrix and he had a lot of good advice for my situation. I really appreciated his insight and he'd be the first one I'd call if I had any family legal issues in the future.

Kresten is by far the best attorney I’ve worked with. He’s extremely case oriented and works hard to ensure great results for his clients. I hired another attorney through my divorce and honestly wish I had gone with Kresten from the start. I was in a situation recently and Kresten was the first lawyer I was able to talk to and he sounded more than confident in taking on my case. Throughout the entire process from hire to after the case closed he’s remained in contact with me and kept me tightly in the loop as to what was going on with the case and paperwork handling after the fact. He made sure my questions were answered even if I was messaging after hours or on weekends, he took everything I said seriously and made sure I had the evidence to back everything up. He kept my spirits high through the some of the hardest moments of life and reassured me constantly that it was all going to be over shortly and that in the end the truth always comes out. I just can't say enough about Chelsea Hillman and Particia Wallace. Chelsea was able to help my daughter and I come to an agreement with a very difficult opposing party. The agreement served our interests very well and enabled my daughter to achieve all her goals. Chelsea and Patty were very responsive and took the time to listen. Craig Valentine, Spencer Crowell, Patricia Wallace, and Jessica McCarville at Modern Family Law provided exceptional service in getting my Father’s Divorce finalized from an extremely evil/Elder Abusing woman. From our first initial meeting with Mr. Craig Valentine, he provided a list of his attorney’s and prices involved, which was greatly appreciated. Jessica was initially assigned but due to a family emergency, she had to relinquish her duties to Spencer and he handled the case with the utmost professionalism. I came to Craig Valentine with a somewhat complicated legal separation case. He was very compassionate and listened to everything I had to say. Both he and Patty were very responsive and forthcoming with information that I needed to hear. I would highly recommend him.

My experience was horrible. I wanted to do a simple child support recalculation and if possible change custody time due to depression and anxiety my child was experiencing at their other parents house. This should have been fairly simple. The minimum that should have changed would be a $300 increase in child support. Even though my income was halved not only did this not change but both the mediator and the judge were confused as to what my attorney was trying to accomplish. The final bill to achieve nothing was 13k which was never discussed with me. When my previous attorney who was retiring was able to do the entire divorce for less than half that cost i cant help but feel that modern family didnt have my best interest in mind but rather how they could gouge me. I have had to let them go do to a complete lack of trust in their motives.
