I would highly recommend Modern Family Law for anyone in need of legal help in this area. They have extremely competent, communicative and dedicated attorneys that put me at ease during an otherwise uneasy time.

I initially hired Craig to represent me in my divorce even though I couldn't afford a lawyer but had to hire one because my ex wife's family has a lot of money. Craig wanted me to have more bang for my buck, so he introduced me to another lawyer with the firm who was less costly so that the three of us could fight together without me risking running out of money. Craig set me up with Jackie because he felt our personalities were going to work well together and she would be a good fit to represent me in this divorce. He was right. Jackie worked with me with money and my financial situation. She listened to everything I had to say, and what I wanted to do. I was upfront with my ultimate goals and Jackie made sure they were met. She checked with Craig to keep him in the loop and make sure the three of us were on the same page when she had to and they didn't charge me. She even made it to where the other lawyer had to do most of the work so that I could continue to afford her. I’m thankful to have had her on my side and felt we worked really well as a team. I recommend this group for the LGBTQ+ community.

5 stars is not enough for how good Jackie Collins was to me. I’m so glad I found her. She is incredibly smart and knowledgeable. She eased my mind the whole time during my very stressful divorce. I needed a lawyer for a custody case and worked with Modern Family Law for about 9 months. My lawyer, Chelsea, and her paralegal, Patty, were amazing. From beginning to end, the communication was consistent and the guidance and hard work they put into the case helped me win! Where do you begin? Well if you’re any thing like me, it’s probably with Jandi!! She was incredible… Most people make you feel like a number. She was extremely friendly, very helpful, and let me manage my own time!! Jandi made me feel like a person. I wasn’t afraid to be open with her, because she really cared. Went through an amicable divorce, but wanted to make sure everything was done right. Craig and Patricia were extremely helpful, prompt, and upfront about everything. I don't plan on getting divorced again any time soon, but if I did I'd call these folks for sure.

I pride myself on being as honest as I can and divorce is scary. You never know what kind of monsters will come out from either side, especially with children involved. I went to Modern Family Law with all the reserves in the world, not sure if I could trust these people to handle one of the most important areas of my life with care. Would they only be in it for the money? Would they just do bare minimum? What I got when I started working with Craig Valentine and his assistant Patricia was nothing short of phenomenal. This case was emotional for me for alot of reasons and Craig and Patty were with me every step of the way keeping me informed and along the way when things were too emotional for me to handle the situation myself this fantastic team took the lead and fought with my best interest at heart like I was in the room with them. I am so grateful to have been able to work with these individuals! While I don't wish divorce on anybody, if that is your situation I recommend Craig and Patty 10/10!!!!
