I will always recommend Kresten Hendrix with Modern Family Law for all custody and family cases. He has been my representation twice over this past year and he’s always been the most supportive and caring person through and even after cases. Between getting me through false DHS allegations, checking in on me and my sons in their fathers passing and now going against paternal grandparents he’s been there for everything and has brought my cases to two separate victories with cases dismissed against me. I came to Chelsea with a complicated custody case. I was very nervous and anxious about moving forward with the matter. Chelsea quickly put me at ease with her professionalism and quick responses. During this stressful ordeal, I contacted Chelsea and Patty many times (probably too many). They were more than happy to listen and provide information that was relieving. My attorney was Kresten and his paralegal Laura for my case that was started towards the end of 2021. They were both very prompt at sending any needed documents, and Kresten did an excellent job dealing with my extremely difficult opponent. I cannot deal with him so it was a huge relief that he was able to do it for me. Since closing the case in July 2022, Kresten has still been available to help me figure out what needs to be done while fighting him once again. I will definitely be coming back and hiring Kresten again when the time comes!

He spent about 30 minutes chatting with me and my unique situation. He answered all of my questions, and I never felt rushed. Once I chose to retain thier services, Laura Mundell joined the team and provided excellent, professional service. Modern family offers a great program to those who qualify with good credit, and I was able to retain the services of true professional with a credit card, rather than a deposit. This was extemely helpful, as my cash flow was tight. Kresten and Laura are not the cheapest law team in town. However, good help isn't cheap, and cheap help is rarely a good value. I found their services to be priced fair and they billed appropriately for all services rendered. I hope I never have a friend or reletive go through a divorce, but if I do I will recommend Kresten and Laura, without reservation. Again, thank you Kresten & Laura. I appreciate you!
