Everything was great until our attorney changed to Elizabeth Gregory. We asked her to file a protection order over a month ago, never did it. We asked them to communicate with opposing council over family law matters, never happened. We asked them to file motions to reconsider and notifications, they never did. My wife had to go to the emergency room and we asked to file a motion to appear for a hearing by zoom/phone, we were ignored. When I called then out on the phone conference they magically stated they could get the protection order filed the best day, but didn't consider it a "priority" on our list of things to do. When we got a new attorney I wrote them an email asking to send over the remaining retainers balance, for the first time ever they replied right away to snub us and say we could go through our new attorney. It was the fastest she had ever replied back to us. Myles was very friendly, but the experience with Mrs Gregory was awful. Never again.
