Tells it like it is. Doesn't gloss over the reality of having a criminal charge and it's consequences. Doesn't have a good bedside manner if you're looking for a ton of hand holding and sympathy; instead he gives the brutal truth which I found much more helpful than the used car salesman approach by many of the other attorneys I talked to
