This was my first time engaging in any sort of legal service agreement and Cynthia Wellbrock was my saving grace. When I was faced with a very stressful separation from my former place of employment that was threatening my entire future, something guided me to pick her out of a small list of lawyers I found on the internet. Cynthia was fast to respond to my inquiry, review my case and take me on as a client. She was very familiar with my situation and knew her way around my field of work. She educated me on the specifics of my case and was sensitive to my situation, yet also very firm and frank with me on how to keep myself out of trouble going forward. When it came to communicating with the other party, she was a pit bull and shut them down on the harassment I was receiving. In a time when I was very hurt and devastated by events that were unfolding with someone that I had dedicated the last 12 years to, Cynthia was there to assure me that everything was going to be ok. She was more than just my lawyer, she was a therapist, a cheerleader and someone that I could count on being there for me when I needed her. She made a huge impact in my life and calling her was the best decision I have ever made. Cold and impersonal.

Cynthia Wellbrock is not only an expert in Colorado employment law, she is a caring and compassionate ally in a difficult situation. After a Google search, I hired Ms. Wellbrock to assist me with an unpaid annual bonus. She offered knowledgeable guidance and strong representation throughout the process. She has the ability to be caring and sympathetic with her clients, but tough and firm with the opposition. She is quick to respond to all questions & updates, and calmly navigates tough situations. I felt confident that I was well represented with her as my attorney. She was able to negotiate a fair settlement quickly and keep the dispute out of court. Don't call this person for help unless she agrees with you politically. She called me back and was incredibly disrespectful and condescending. It's strange how bold weak people are when they are on the phone.

I truly wish there were more stars to use in this review. I found Cynthia by googling unemployment law attorneys, and she showed up in the search. I think God led me to her because, she, without a doubt, was THE perfect attorney to resolve a difficult situation that we encountered regarding an independent contractor who applied and received unemployment benefits, but who did not qualify for these benefits. Now, I wish I could say it was a cut and dry case, but it was not. In fact, it was fairly difficult and required an attorney who could apply all of their skills, experience, knowledge and expertise. Cynthia Wellbrock fit the description in every way. I know that some employers may hesitate to utilize the services of an attorney due to the cost, but the expense of not hiring an attorney and attempting to resolve certain cases without professional help may be much higher.
