Ted was able to negotiate a very favorable settlement on a construction defect matter without having to go to trial due to his thorough preparation and professional approach.

My insurance company hired him to work with me involving an incident where a customer fell in the foyer of the building my shop was located in. The customer was seriously injured due to the negligence of my landlord and the contractor they hired.
