Very nice people with caring attitudes, patience, interest, trademark industry knowledge and an amount of strength of service background, diversity of project capability AND even a joy of creative interpretative ability connected to client scenario details. Drumm Law in Denver has a lot that is valuable and attractive. After experiencing several aspects and levels of their methodologies, we went a different way for two reasons: it is best to avoid business partnerships with firms who center their way in the ethics of appearance and that are resistant to better quality substantive corporate values that do connect to the real virtues. We found some of Drumm Law's dynamic to be frat-boyish and lacking a greater depth of root in human values. They are nice, fun and frothy, but don't match-up well when you need that next level of character in the trust building process.

They charged me for work they didn't do and I have nothing to show for it. If I am paying someone to do a job, I expect something in return. I have nothing. It's unfortunate because they are based out of Denver, which is where our headquarters are located as well. This could have been a solid longterm relationship but given they are demanding I pay them for work that was never done, this doesn't sit well. Too bad because we are about to open a lot of locations!
