Haven't had the enjoyment of meeting with anyone and haven't had any questions answered yet. For the reason you are unable to sit down with the person who you hired and be well informed on your case and have the feeling your satisfied and they made you feel like you actually mattered was unbelievable frustrating and the client advocate informed me that it was just the way the process goes and actually hung up on me. I was under the impression they were there to help others and not come up with excuses on why people do die before getting any money and then couldn't understand why I was so upset when I had called multiple times and no calls returned. Why would I almost die twice and I hired a lawyer for what? No not going to give the time of day to anyone who doesn't value a person's life enough to hang up in my ear.
