You are in the dark about what you are going to be charged with the small charges, they add up fast. Would be nice to know upfront pricing. Was double what I was expecting for pricing.

I guess the trauma a patient experiences needs to be a certain dollar value for them. I understand that. But to be this greedy is insane. Lawyers only take cases they know they can win, never put themselves out on a limb. This office is one of them. Numerous civil rights violations, neglect, abuse, which all cause PTSD is apparently not enough for a case. It's obvious lawyers are never here for us in the first place, but at least some of them know to play pretend. They are scared of cops, and the hospitals. Anyone big. They're sheeps in wool clothing here.
Avoid only if you have a case you know you could win yourself without representation. Lol.

I get this email from Morgan & Morgan in my inbox: Note- I never signed up to receive their marketing emails or spam.
“Los Angeles, CA] Maria Ramirez and her daughter were walking on a residential street when they were struck by an LA County deputy sheriff who lost control of his vehicle during a high-speed chase.
Ms. Ramirez was taken by ambulance, diagnose with a head injury and released from care. Over the course of the next several years, Ms. Ramirez experienced frequent headaches and was ultimately diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury.
The case was turned down by several injury firms, due to the legal protections that first responders often have.
Earlier this week, a team of Morgan & Morgan attorneys, led by Arthur Petrousian, successfully fought for a $4,750,000 settlement to award our client the compensation she deserved.
CASE FAST FACTS
Settlement Date: May 16, 2023
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Amount: $4,750,000”
Attorney: Arthur Petrousian”
I happened to be looking for representation as I have been turned down by many other firms. This email that came from no where gave me hope. I reply to this email and ask if they take cases like mine (which is a lot more simple case than this case they are showing off) Their reply included a phone number to call. I call and speak with a person that is rushing thru things and just says he’ll send a link via text for me to fill out. I get the text and fill out the info. Their person less system states they can’t take my case. I then email back and ask if I can speak with a human to explain why can’t they take my case. No answer. I send a reminder email 4 days later and they respond: “We are so sorry this was a case our firm is unable to assist with. Though this case is outside of the area in which we practice this does not mean you do not have a case. We are sorry for all you have experienced and highly recommend contacting your local state bar, so you may find a more specialized attorney to assist you. Thank you for contacting Morgan & Morgan. We do wish you the best of luck” I then respond why does your website says you take cases like mine? I never heard back from them.

In November 2021 I had nearly $20,000 in cryptocurrency stolen from my account due to a data breach on T-Mobile's servers. T-Mobile mailed me a letter admitting I was a victim of a data breach. I tried contacting T-Mobile several times to ask about restitution, I was never able to contact anyone so I retained Morgan & Morgan to represent me and recover the funds. I supplied them with all documentation I had. Morgan & Morgan was NEVER pro-active in my case, never contacted me to provide updates, messaged me by text and email from unmonitored addresses so when I replied they never received the messages. In over a year that they had my case, I never spoke to an actual attorney or a para-legal with a registered bar number. I was only ever able to speak to persons in their call center, no actual licensed law personnel ever spoke with me. Fast forward to Jan.2023, I received an email telling me that I was added to a class action lawsuit and that Morgan & Morgan won a decision on my behalf, after fees, I would be receiving $127. $127 dollars for a nearly $20,000 loss was unacceptable and I replied to their correspondence in writing numerous times, I requested to be contacted by an attorney which never happened. I called several times only to be transferred to a voicemail. Even during business hours, no one ever answered the phone, no one ever returned my call. March 19th was the deadline to accept the offer or Morgan & Morgan was to drop me as a client. No other option. So after over a year of them passively ignoring my claim with T-Mobile, I have been dropped as a client with no other form of relief in sight. I want JOHN MORGAN to step up and make good on his claims that he fights "FOR THE PEOPLE" because right now his words are less than worthless. Come back and finish your job.

The absolute worst experience on the phone. Not one person could speak English clearly, which makes no difference to me except in customer service situations. They passed me around to FOUR different people in different departments, not one took notes about what I was saying, they just kept transferring me. The last lady was so bad at her job she couldn’t even read her transcript correctly. She kept stumbling through the same lines over n over which means not a lick of sincerity. And they make you listen to the guy’s story over n over about how much he cares. After 45 minutes, she comes back to tell me they’re not interested in taking the case. I have no idea why bec/ she could pronounce any of the words she was reading. How does a company choose these ppl to represent them? I think I dodged a bullet. ThNks for wasting an hour of my time
