He kindly listened as I dealt with all the drama and vented to him on more than one occasion. What a champ! And lastly, he was responsive. Attorneys can be notoriously busy and hard to reach - not Nick. I got responses in a timely manner or at least a solid expectation on when he would get back to me. This was key as the deal dragged on. I'm happy to recommend him to all my business owner friends or people in my network looking to buy a business. He's the real deal.
