My intake process with Olivia was very easy and thorough- she assured me they would support me and help me my son and I injuries addressed! This def took some stress of my plate

I called and told my case to two intake ladies for a work comp case against a major corporation, and they never even got back to me! Sorry, too late now. Go with anyone else who will even call back.

I am writing this review on my husband's behalf. Contacting an attorney is never an enjoyable experience due to the circumstances surrounding the why, however, our experience with Bachus and Schanker has proven to be a great experience thus far. Everyone has been very timely and easy to communicate with. We spoke with Cristal, the case investigator, several times. She was very detailed and put our minds at ease. The process has played out just as she explained it would. Looking forward to continuing to work with Cristal and Bachus and Schanker on our case.

I was injured in an auto accident where the other driver was looking at their phone and not the road. They crashed into me and the medical bills starting getting so high I didn't know how to navigate the process. I researched several different law firms and I am very thankful I chose Bachus and Schanker! I was lucky enough to work with attorney Brian Petroff. Brian was efficient, thorough, communicative, and when it came time for a deposition or a mediation it was clear Brian had my back and informed/educated me about the process. While working with Brian he was direct about the situation, options, and different possible outcomes. I felt informed and when it came time for me to make decisions I was able to take the information given, and make choices in the best interest of myself and my family. I really hope I never have to go through a car accident like that again, but at least my mind will be at ease that I know I would reach out to Brian with Bachus and Schanker again.
