Choose any place but this place when it comes to workman’s comp cases. My partner chose this organization not knowing anything about workman’s comp cases, as this isn’t something you deal with every day. The lack of communication through the last 5 months is complete disrespect. The only reason why we continued to move forward with this company after realizing their lack of support, was so we didn’t slow up the process since no payments from workman’s comp ever came. For 5 months my partner was without income. James who never even talked to us on the phone all by text provided no education as to options we had to make up for income, no education around what was happening and why so we can better understand . No proper timelines were given. I honestly believe because our case wasn’t as big the priority wasn’t there for James. These are ppls lively hood you are dealing with. If a family chooses you to represent them and guide them through this time do your job with some passion behind it. This organization James specifically should be ashamed of his performance specific to this case. Maybe he is great when he is at 100% but we definitely didn’t get that. Don’t trust this company, go anywhere else
