Kyle, James and Alyssa are great!! They're very professional, intelligent, and very caring. They always respond in a timely manner and they are amazing. They always listen to every single detail and they go over and beyond my expectations. Alyssa even came to my house to deliver a deep book written by Kyle Bacchus. The ELG team (Elite Litigation Group) that they're part of is phenomenal. Kyle and Alyssa genuinely care about you and they were very easy to work with and communicate with. I highly recommend them for all legal issues!!

My 46 year old son suffered a catastrophic brain injury as a pedestrian due to being hit by a semi. He and his family of a loving wife and 4 small children went from a happy self-sufficient family to one struggling with the "Unthinkable" as Kyle Bachus describes in his book. Based on a personal referral, my son's wife hired Bachus and Schanker. To date, the firm has been very responsive to all of our concerns and there have been many due to my son's critical and complex injuries. Kyle Bachus scheduled a phone call in which he explained the applicable law and the case plan. His paralegal, Alyssa, made a house call to go over victims' and rights including available reimbursement for loss and is assisting in submitting those forms. We were provided gratis copies of Kyle Bachus' book, "Unthinkable", in which he describes the tragic death of his mother while she was in a crosswalk, hit by a cement truck. In the book, attorney Bachus provides specific legal information for victims as well as his personal and emotional journey at the sudden death of his mother. All the information and caring support has been very helpful.

So grateful for this team. I felt that they not only did an awesome job for me but they were so great to work with. Allyssa was awesome and Kyle called and let me know when my case was settled. Its awesome to work with someone who obviously cares about his clients and who goes above and beyond to help.
