The feckless nature in which Bachus and Schanker perform their task is glaring from the start. If you find yourself seeking counsel representation you are already in a crisis frame of mind. Poor attorney choice throughout the entire process, internal administrative changes, consistent mis-spelling of my name and overall dismay in the process. My advice, choose a law firm that represents you at least more than their final $% of the process.
