great experience with the firm, I would use them again

I would like to sincerely thank Scot Kreider (with Bachus & Schanker) for all his hard work and efforts in my case. His professionalism and attention to detail was truly appreciated and was KEY in helping me receive the settlement that I was awarded. I would recommend Scot Kreider and the law firm of Bachus & Schanker without hesitation!

From the first phone call to the last handshake I had with the legal staff at Bachus & Schanker, I was made to feel important and at ease. I called around to check out a few firms for my workman's compensation case, before I chose to place what felt like my lifeline in their hands. I chose them because James Olsen-My Lawyer- not a paralegal- took the time to call me, from the start, to get to know me and my case. I wasn't rushed or talked down to, I was given the respect and time I needed to ask the questions I needed, as well. That was how I was treated through the entire time my case lasted by all of the employees.

I hired Bachus and Schanker in Dec. 2013. I was involved in a car accident, I was a passenger,both parties in the accident had the same insurance company, so I knew that was not a good thing. The next day I call Bachus and Schanker, they sent an attorney (not a paralegal) out that Saturday to help me with my case. I was injured and would not have been able to make it to them. They got me the medical care I needed, as I did not have health insurance, yet they got me hooked up with Injury Finance,and got that working. While we are now in the stage of going to trial. I am happy I have this top law firm. They let me get well while they handle the legal issues. I have a great feeling that things will work out with them. I know they will go to trial, as once I did a mock jury for them. They do what it takes to get a great out come for their clients. I have experience with other law firms, and out comes were anything but good. If you want a law firm that really cares about its clients and goes out of their way to make that happen, if you want a law firm that treats you like a client and not a dollar sign. Check them out. I will up date on the out come.

Just wanted to let everyone know that the Law firm of Bachus and Schanker in humble opinion is a great company. I just signed up with them for a Social Security claim and found nothing but nice people to talk to and interest with my issue. Bachus and Schanker took my case and got started right away and did not wasted any time on representing me. I received help in understanding the processes and guided me through on filling out the paperwork for my claim. This law firm represented me while I was dealing with a Workman's Comp Case. This company made me feel like a person and not just a paycheck or a claim number. Whenever I had a question or a issue James or Lauren would email or call with a solution within hours. Which is very professional. Everything this law firm did for me was in a timely matter. I would reccomend James Olsen as a Workmans Comp Lawyer. He really does look out for your best intrests in your case.

This was my first experience with a personal injury attorney, so I wasn't really sure what to expect. From the first call, I've been impressed. Maaren even came to our house! She explained everything well, and has always been they're if we needed anything. She made sure we had access too all the resources she had at her disposal. I always felt that Lauren and Kyle knew everything that was happening in my case as well as with me personally regarding my case.
