Josh Weiss, Esq. led the team in a tremendous victory for our company in U.S. District Court when the odds were surely stacked against us. We did not have any witnesses; the other side had multiple. There were other strong factors against us, despite the truth being on our side- the burden to demonstrate this was quite an uphill battle with many obstacles. This was all done in less than 2 months’ time for preparation. The dedication, perseverance, focus and amount of time and tireless research was extremely admirable.
