One of our staff members was rear-ended by a negligent driver. To make matters worse, the vehicle our employee was driving belonged to a customer. Needless to say, there were some injuries incurred by my employee and the driver that hit him would not respond to police or insurance contacts. My daughter works for disabled people in their homes as a CNA. Not sure how to navigate the situation Mr. Singer was able to guide us through what steps to take to protect my daughter's well being and good standing with her employer. Elliot was able to help us know what steps to take to protect our best interests by guiding us to a clinic to get drug tested immediately.
