In particular, Marc Harden, Monica and Elliot were incredibly supportive, efficient, professional, and above all, competent throughout the entire process. They worked tirelessly to pursue a settlement for myself and multiple other family members who were injured in a car accident. I was impressed from the moment Marc returned my initial phone call. Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable, but he was also willing to go above and beyond to meet my needs. Because I was incapacitated, he drove to my home (after hours) to speak with all of us at length. He listened to our concerns, answered our questions and calmed our fears. Following our car accident my girlfriend and I sought out the services of Zaner Harden based upon our research and reviews. We are VERY glad that we landed here to pick up these 'teammates.' It was clear from the jump they will take care of us and they followed through by going above and beyond in devising a plan of action in order for us to take action. First, they lined up our medical treatment. What a great referral that turned out to be, as they had us back to 100% within 5 months of treatment. Next came the issue over how to fix our severely damaged vehicle. Turned out that this wasn't bad at all, as they knew where to point us to for this also. Just three weeks in a quality repair shop to repair and replace the vehicle to better than pre-accident status. We were supplied a loaner vehicle to drive to and from treatment in during those weeks. They took care of ALL communication between the other parties insurance company, while maintaining great communication with us throughout the process. We never felt like we had to question much, but when we did the response always carried comfort with substantial progress being made. They worked in our behalf professionally, proactively, and personally. We full-heartedly offer our thanks to Ted, Mara, and Marc for turning a devastating set-back for us into just a blip from the past.

I made the right choice going with Zaner Harden Law for my personal injury claim. When I first experienced the physical and mental trauma of my car accident I was on my way to school at the Auraria Campus. I was simply going about my business - like all of us tend to do - when I was suddenly struck from behind by a fellow driver on the 6th Avenue & Kipling on ramp. Approximately 2 years after my traumatic experience I received my settlement that had increased from its initial evaluation. That’s because Kurt voluntarily cut his attorney fee down as a compensation for the length of time that it took to work with this nightmarish insurance company that the other driver carried. But I didn’t mind the length of time it took at all. Kurt was always trying to get the most money out of my case as possible to help me and not himself.
