Dan Droege of the Harris Law firm handled a "grandparent right"s for us. From the initial intact through final resolution, Dan was thorough, professional, empathetic, and sensitive to our needs. He did not spend time wasting time and driving up the bill. He proceeded in a way that brought the "other side" to the table to obtain resolution thus avoiding a costly court battle. If I could give less stars I would. They made me think and feel like I was in good hands and I wasn’t. It was impossible to get a hold of my assigned attorney, he procrastinated the entire time and anytime we had to file anything. His paralegal filed the wrong paperwork and it even came up against me in court. I caught more things in exes paperwork than they did. I provided worlds of evidence and witnesses for my case and he didn’t use a single piece of it. Lost everything and have paid an OUTRAGEOUS amount of money to this firm.

Sarah Scherer met with me via zoom for my intake consult and was amazing. She listened and was very attentive. She gave me a sense of relief and calmness. My experience with the Harris Law Firm was top notch. As a single father trying to come to a fair agreement with my now ex wife, it was an absolute relief to have these people in my corner. The onboarding started with Javed Abbas, who heard me out through my panic reaction to the initial start of the divorce when I was being served by my ex and dealing with the extra curve balls thrown that make getting divorced all the more complicated. Javed paired me with Hannah Cope and Barbara Stern to guide me the rest of the way through the litigation process and I couldn't help but feel blessed to have their expertise and consistent follow up and patience with me in this difficult time. Many thanks to all of the other members of the firm from payment support, to people reaching out as non billable resources making sure that I didn't have to worry about how much it cost to have a question answered when I needed it most. Ultimately I received 50/50 parenting time, and have felt immense relief since completing my case recently. I would recommend you check these folks out if you are looking for a resolution to your impending divorce, and personally, rip the band aid off as soon as you can and move on to the next greatest chapter of your life.
