CASE DISMISSED I was charged with assault on a family member, something I didn’t do but video evidence against me looked incriminating so I hired Jim Medley. From the start my case was difficult for me because I didn’t live in Texas I was visiting family during the time I got charged. Being charged in another state was really stressful for me. Despite having multiple D.A changes throughout my case with led to a lot of resets Mr.Medley was there for me every single court date ready to handle whatever was needed. His Secretary Misty was amazing with me and very helpful. I was able to get any information I needed in my case through email the same day I asked. The whole team is genuine and there to help you. The DA really wanted to take me to trial but thanks to Jim Medley we never had to go come to that because the case got DISMISSED!!!! I Would highly recommend Jim Medley for any legal issues. Thank you again for giving me my freedom Back!

I came to Zinda after being hit by a car on my bike feeling extremely overwhelmed and intimidated by the process that would follow. But Christina was helpful beyond words. I work full time and go to school full time, and she worked with my busy schedule, responded to any question, call or email I sent right away, explained everything well, and dealt with my case in such a way that I feel so relived and secure with what came out of it. I retract this post that was given a 5 star rating 2 yrs ago to a 1 star ..which should have been a 1 star after the first couple months.. The first visit was as expected " we will take care of you, your needs are our most important priority, your health is what matters most"...making the client feel worthy. A dollar amt goes a long way! I have never felt the ball drop in someone's court as much as I seen it with this firm out of Denver/Texas. The lawyer from texas didnt know the statutes of colorado drivers and non insured non licensed drivers who were at FAULT in my case..which was EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. After I requested mycase be handled by a more "competent" lawyer, I was ignored, the $$ owed to me wouldnt get mailed to me for WEEKS (this was after numerous messages left week after week) , it seems like I didn't matter and constantly misconceived. Until you get VERY VERY upset, is when you MIGHT get a non empathetic call back.

Christina was incredibly helpful, patient, and compassionate. She is incredibly knowledgeable in her field and is a fantastic advocate for her clients. I would recommend her expertise to anyone I know!
