Pick this one!!! Jim Medley and all of his staff are absolutely amazing! They are all friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and comforting. I chose Jim Medley because he is rated as one of the best in Houston, and that is exactly what I needed. He and his associates made me feel comfortable and assured that they were going to do everything in their power to help me get through my situation with ease. I was allowed to break the fees up into a few payments, and he offers a free consultation as well. For 1 part of my case, I didn't even have to go to court... they went to court for me on my behalf and won! For the other part of my case, he was able to get my on a differed adjudication program so that my case was dismissed and eventually removed from my record completely. I had to go to court many times, and he or one of his associates was always there to take care of me. I am really thankful that I chose him and his team, and I would definitely do it again! Please call him for a free consult before you waste your time on an attorney that may or may not give you their best!
