I was a pedestrian in a vehicle accident suffering multiple injuries. Both my insurance and the driver's insurance quickly agreed to settle. I was unsure if I needed a lawyer as was mainly interested in getting my bills covered as opposed to going after the other driver ( it was accident) or being involved a a lengthy lawsuit. However my medical bills quickly escalated and I consulted with the office ofJeremy Rosenthal. I'm very glad I did. Dani at his office was superb. She was very knowledgable and informed me about how the whole process would work. I then spoke to Jeremy and he agreed to take my case at a very reasonable rate. They immediately advised me on what to do and took care of everything.Throughout the process I was kept informed on what was happening, which was extremely helpful as I was still recovering after surgery and 1 week in ICU. They were able to manage insurance companies and hospital billing in a remarkable manner. In the end they were able to resolve everything resulting in all the bills being covered with a substantial residual after all bills. I highly recommend them and would not hesitate in the least to handle my case again. My only regret is that I didn't contact them sooner. Which have saved me a lot of headaches. They have my highest recommendation with no reservations.

This man has absolutely earned carrying 5 stars on Google. If you are looking for the best lawyer Colorado has to offer this is your guy. I was falsley accused of a crime in Nov 2022. I spoke to multiple lawyers who all told me I couldn't fight a dui and win even if I wasn't driving. I had so many lawyers act as if trial was never something they did. It was crazy to me. Mr.Alfrey was the ONLY lawyer that asked me if both of my airbags deployed. He was the only lawyer to say, I got you. We spent 1 1/2 years fighting this case. He never gave up on me and never told me I needed to just take a plea. He was ready to fight until the end for me. He investigated my case and talked to the necessary witnesses to be able to prove I wasn't behind the wheel. My case was finally dismissed after almost 2 years of hard work by Mr.Alfrey. I will forever be grateful for this man and his practice. He is the absolute best.

I was arrested and charged with a DUI with a very high BAC. Curt Alfrey was professional as well as reliable. I’m giving this review with all my gratitude to Jim! I’m in tears as I’m writing this. My case was very complex that was stressing me out daily, because I knew someone had done something bad to me and operated my vehicle. Jim proved I wasn’t operating the vehicle and I was left unattended in it. He got a witness to support my case as much as possible. The case got dragged, but I got the call today that my case was dismissed! I would hire Jim if you need help and find yourself lost.
