Michael understands the needs and is very organized and professional. So much paperwork but he had it down and even added some humor to lighten the monotony of if. I would not go up against him in Beverly Hillbillies trivia! 🤣

I have known Mike for quite some time. He is a hard worker and always has your best interest in mind. He is a professional and will take care of you and get the job done the right way. Horrible experience. Michael Bailey shut down and became aggressive when we asked for edits and clearer language on our legal documents. Extremely rude and I do not recommend him. Be warned as his willingness to make amendments is zero and the work was left incomplete.

We contacted Michael Bailey to create a Trust for our family and assets. This can be daunting if you are not knowledgeable in what is needed. The first meeting was for Michael to hear what our needs were and what we wanted. Michael listened and got to work on our requests. He went over everything in detail answering all of the questions we had, in fact multiple times! Once all the paperwork was drafted, we met to sign them. The process was seemless. Michael provided step by step instructions for us to follow and left no concern or question unanswered. We can't say thank you enough to Clark Dray and his team. They are professional and to the point. There is no guessing as to what is needed and by when. Each step was explained in detail. It is a lot of work to get everything together, but my husband and I really understood why it was necessary. We could really see Clark's level of professionalism from that of other attorneys who were involved in the 341 meeting with their clients. Our portion of the meeting was quick, to the point, and over before we knew it, and we could tell the Trustee appreciated this.
