Cyrus was referred to us by a trusted advisor when we had construction defect issues with a home purchase. Even though there was no strong legal requirement for the sellers to unwind the sale, a single call from Cyrus compelled them to work in that very direction. In about a month, and despite plenty of legal resistance, we had moved out of the home and walked away from the deal in a better financial position than when we moved in 4 months earlier -- even taking legal fees into account. Cyrus is clearly an attorney who knows the law, knows what works, and will work tirelessly to communicate a recommended path (including being realistic about risks) and get the job done. Further, he showed even more diligence in keeping fees inline with expectations than I did. He's absolutely my first and only recommendation for this practice area.
