I highly recommend Ross. He was always updated me and response to my emails. I got a careless driving ticket that prevented me to get jobs. After called twenty lawyers no one accept the case to be reopened because I already paid the ticket. I had a traffic misdemeanor charge and really did not think I was deserving of having that on my driving record. Mr. Pisani helped me get the issue resolved as an infraction instead. We had a conversation and he took care of doing everything for me. A good experience.

Ross has been helping our family for years. When I needed some legal help Ross was able to take the case and bring it to a quick and equitable resolution. I would recommend him to anyone. The reality of any legal advice is that you pay for what you get. The fees Ross charges are appropriate for the service he renders. I will use Ross again if the need arises.

I contacted Cassandra in regards to a possible case and to send out cease and desist orders. she was very responsive at the start but then simply just stopped replying to my emails and was unwilling to fulfill my requests. Unprofessional in this aspect.

Rude and unprofessional when talked on the phone. Quoted me $1,200 and then did not answer other questions I had and dismissed me. He also said that you have to appear in court or have someone represent you and that you could not fight the ticket without appearing. I then called the court and they said that I could fight the ticket by teleconferencing in. I called back to tell him that and after I told him he just hung up. I suggest just doing some research before using this service as it did not seem like a trustworthy source.
