Diane certainly helped cut through the preconceptions and mumbo-jumbo and was extremely helpful educating and coaching me in my first deposition for a very contentious construction contract agreement dispute.

In 2007 and 2008 the construction firm for whom I worked as HR Manager had an employment claim filed by a former employee who felt he was wrongly classified as a non-exempt employee.
