I have worked with Erika Burke for 4 years and have found her to a great attorney. She is brilliant, responsive, and dedicated to her clients. She has amazing legal and technical skills and uses those skills to benefit her clients in an amazing way.

Erika is very knowledgeable, and has a grasp of divorce law. She is very patient with clients and is able to communicate in a way that makes difficult issues a little more easy to hear. Erika is creative at problem solving. She is able to find excellent solutions to problems that fit the needs of the family even in high conflict. Erika is also a strong litigator if a case finds itself into a courtroom.

Divorce is not easy, especially when children are involved. Erika was a great ally. She guided me though the legal process and was extremely patient with my numerous questions. Erika understood the extra layers of difficulty that my ex-husband's mental health issues brought to the case and she was able to handle him (and his equally difficult lawyer) respectfully while still holding reasonable boundaries. Erika is a young lawyer who is humble enough to admit that she doesn't have all the answers and willing to ask for help from a more experienced lawyer if necessary. She was very realistic about the legal limitations of my case and did not make promises that she could not keep. She did her best to help my ex and me negotiate a fair divorce. In writing the divorce decree, she was very thorough and included an agreement for every issue I was concerned about. Erika is professional, compassionate, considerate, responsive and honest. Her approach to divorce is respectful of the entire family. She is very aware that family members will continue to have relationships after the divorce is final and keeps that in perspective while going through the legal process. I highly recommend her services.
