We had not done a total review of our contract verbiage in many years and Jim was very accommodating in getting us up to speed for the two states we do business in. He also got it done in a timely manner. Money well spent in our book!

Being totally new to the "rental world", Mr. Waite was extremely helpful and patient with us!
