I contacted this firm for a Real estate sale- For sale by owner (FSOB) specifically. Alex Lowe - senior associate - civil ligation, is who I worked with on selling my property. He drew up the contracts, quit claim deeds on two properties, settlement statement contract, amendments, worked on communicating with multiple parties with different interests and gathered all the information necessary to protect myself over a four month process. I saved tens of thousands by not using real estate agents and everything went smoothly solid reputation and representation, will likely use again
