Unfortunately we found ourselves in need of legal advice. Sergei was great for listening and helping us navigate the process. He put us at ease and made an uncertain situation now understandable and less intimidating. We were then able to help our family by knowing what our rights were, what their rights were and how we could be there for them. Sergei was willing to answer questions without making you feel silly for not knowing these details already or not having thought of them at an appointment. It allowed us to take action where uncertainty had been before.

Mr. Thomas is THE BEST attorney to handle your family law case. I don't say this lightly, he literally got my son home when he was taken out of state and got me primary custody when I had no clue what to do (I obviously can't write all the details as there isn't enough room). Not everybody has cases as serious as mine, and some are even tougher, but no matter the scope of your divorce or custody battle, you're not alone. Mr Thomas will stand with you and get you through it, producing effective results. Trust his process and you'll be better off than you could've hoped for.

Really like him as a lawyer, he explained everything in detail so that I know what my choices were and where I stood in the divorce. He did a story job and I would recommend Sergio to anyone looking for a great lawyer!

I recently worked with Nicholas Troxel at Troxel Fitch, LLC to assist me with setting up my new real estate business, Robillard Real Estate. He answered all of my questions when it came to establishing the business in Colorado and with the IRS and being fully compliant with all laws. He also assisted my business with creating an operating agreement at what I believe was a reasonable price for his time. Nicholas always answered my questions promptly and would even call me to explain things in more detail than he could via email, which I greatly appreciated. He offered his suggestions but never pushed me in one direction or the other, rather gave me all the information necessary to make the best decision for my business.
