I slid on black ice and had an accident, in which my vehicle was the only thing damaged. The cop hit me (rather unreasonably) with careless driving for this, as there was nothing I could do to avoid the accident. Steven Pisani did an awesome job and was able to get the bogus reckless driving charge reduced to unsafe backing, which is a much lower charge and kept me from paying more in court fees, insurance, and in drivers license points. Thank you for your help!

Ross successfully fought a careless driving ticket for my father. My father has a CDL so this ticket could have ended his livelihood. I interviewed many other attorneys in the area. None of them wanted to fight this case. Ross is the only one who showed tremendous knowledge of the court and ability to win. I'm glad that we trusted him. Thank you!

Mr. Pisani and his team were top notch! We had an big issue with our daughter who was wrongly given a careless driving violation when she was the one who was the victim in the accident. I had an unfortunate accident which lead to a careless driving citation. I was confused by the process and the legal jargon associated with it. I reached out to Mr. Pisani and his team for guidance on the matter, and am very glad that I did. Careless driving is a catch-all when the officer on the scene doesn't know what to charge, and it carries some severe penalties. Mr. Pisani and his team were very professional and proactive in handling the matter, so that by the time my court date arrived, I had already completed a defensive driving class and was prepared for the process. Can't recommend him and his team enough, for taking a stressful situation and guiding me through it.
