I’ve had the pleasure of working with Zaner Harden for several years and have been continually blown away by the professionalism and responsiveness that is displayed by everyone on staff. They are a first class law firm that will go the extra mile for everyone they work with.

First of all, I really wish I could give Kurt Zaner and his team much more than a 5 star rating. To me; they are worth a billion, heck.. ∞. Some little history: I have been a client to Mr. Zaner since October of 2016 when I was t-boned by a car turning left on the red arrow while I was going through on the green and hit at over 40 mph. The guy who hit me completely blew out two brand new off-road tires, incurred a severe head injury and horrible whiplash as well as totaling my 2001 Isuzu Rodeo. The driver had no insurance, suspended license, and expired plates. When I reported this to my insurance company of Travelers, they really were against paying anything of what was entitled under my full coverage. As well as some other issues they wanted to pull including bad faith and harassment. At the time I worked at the Denver Athletic Club and that is where I met Mr. Zaner. Initially reluctant to get any legal aid and just deal with it as it comes. He mentioned it would be best to go after travelers since they aren’t doing this good faith and fair share under my coverage. So I did, and it was the best decision I have ever made in my entire life. I would completely regret if I didn’t make that decision to take him up on his offer, as eventually a month later Travelers didn’t even pursue the guy for my 500 dollar deposit and said good luck and then raised my rates which I ended up going to a different insurance company all together. Kurt and his team; Sarah and Monica, kept me informed on everything that was going on and fought tooth and nail to make sure I didn’t get screwed over by my insurance. Eventually, it came down to trying to have them pay enough to help with the issues and health bills. And Kurt and his team did just that, at first my insurance was being a real bad faith sort of pal. It eventually was getting close to the terms of limitations over 2 years times due to them just being as slow as ever. They offered still a low number below what would be considered fair, so a bad faith lawsuit was impending. Then a mention of mediation was brought forth to the table, and Kurt showed hard Strength and Courage against them, he made me feel so confident and it was brought up to an OK price but still a very low-ball estimate. They were even trying to bring up one of my pre-existing conditions that I’ve had at birth to use as means to not pay which infuriated Kurt and me. It was either take the deal or go through with a lawsuit. We walked out with our heads held high and the impending lawsuit would now take place, the documents were filed. The insurance company found out right then and there that we meant business so they offered an extremely fair price right after. I took all of Mr. Zaner’s advice during the entire process and no lawsuit happened and got an extremely worthwhile and fair deal. My case was a bit complicated due to the issues with both Kaiser and my pre-existing condition and even that did not deter him. He even offered to take cuts to help pay off Kaiser and other issues. I personally got to know Kurt and his team and I really enjoyed working with them. There is a real reason why he’s the top lawyer for these cases stated in the 5280 magazine and won awards. He told me himself that winning my case was like one of the million dollar cases with the same feel of justice and rewarding satisfaction. I feel the same exact way. I recommend him and his team 1000% he fights for you and I mean FIGHTS for you. It’s bringing tears to my eyes just typing this out. Kurt is the most considerate, thoughtful and extremely kind person you will ever meet. If you have any issues, he will talk with you and will always have a listening ear and become a great and wonderful friend along the way. Thank you Kurt, for everything! Thank you to everyone in your team including Sarah and Monica. If anything ever happens which I pray it shall never will you will be the first ones I will always contact and know. Mr. Harden and the Zaner Harden Law team were one of the best organizations to come into my life during a time of need. They were able to take a complex, stressful situation and carry the burden of that stress. They were always available to listen to my concerns and answer any question immediately.
