Following our car accident my girlfriend and I sought out the services of Zaner Harden based upon our research and reviews. We are VERY glad that we landed here to pick up these 'teammates.' It was clear from the jump they will take care of us and they followed through by going above and beyond in devising a plan of action in order for us to take action. First, they lined up our medical treatment. What a great referral that turned out to be, as they had us back to 100% within 5 months of treatment. Next came the issue over how to fix our severely damaged vehicle. Turned out that this wasn't bad at all, as they knew where to point us to for this also. Just three weeks in a quality repair shop to repair and replace the vehicle to better than pre-accident status. We were supplied a loaner vehicle to drive to and from treatment in during those weeks. They took care of ALL communication between the other parties insurance company, while maintaining great communication with us throughout the process. We never felt like we had to question much, but when we did the response always carried comfort with substantial progress being made. They worked in our behalf professionally, proactively, and personally.
