I made the right choice going with Zaner Harden Law for my personal injury claim. They turned an unfair situation in which I would have had to pay for my own treatment of an injury caused by the recklessness of another driver into a fair outcome for me which is more than I could have ever hoped for. I would not hesitate giving them a referral for a friend in a similar situation. I hope to never have to go through this sort of endeavor again, but if I do, then I know who I will be calling to represent me.

When I first experienced the physical and mental trauma of my car accident I was on my way to school at the Auraria Campus. I was simply going about my business - like all of us tend to do - when I was suddenly struck from behind by a fellow driver on the 6th Avenue & Kipling on ramp. One of the hardest parts of this process was selecting an attorney who would represent me for the sake of helping me and not themself. Most google searches brought me to large firms like Frank Azar, or “The Strongarm”, and others that would have simply cast me aside as a smaller case that would not have been granted the same amount of respect and friendliness extended to me by Zaner & Harden Law. In my first meeting at their offices, across from Union Station, I actually got to meet Kurt and his staff who would be handling my case personally. I got emails and phone calls on a regular basis for the purpose checking up on me. To make sure I was okay. And although I was not always good about responding to their inquiries they still took the time to extend their sincerity and best wishes while also updating me on my case. Approximately 2 years after my traumatic experience I received my settlement that had increased from its initial evaluation. That’s because Kurt voluntarily cut his attorney fee down as a compensation for the length of time that it took to work with this nightmarish insurance company that the other driver carried. But I didn’t mind the length of time it took at all. Kurt was always trying to get the most money out of my case as possible to help me and not himself.
