I was rear ended and sustained injuries to my cervical spine,lumbar spine and hands that would require 3 surgeries. I have nerve damage to my arms, hands, fingers, legs, and feet. I knew I was in need of the most reliable, dependable legal team available. I could not and would not settle on a mediocre attorney. I wanted the best and as I set in the conference room at my initial meeting with Kurt Zaner and a few members of his team I knew there was no doubt that they would provide me with the best legal council possible. This law firm fought hard and strong losing is not a part of their vocabulary. At times when I felt beaten, my attorney Kurt Zaner never gave up. He knew I had a story that needed told and he was going to make sure it was heard. This firm is relentless. Kurt listened when I told him I wanted the best doctors and that my health is of the upmost importance. I was put in contact with the best surgeons and my continued care is still followed by the the most prominent medical providers available. I'll keep this short & to the point - Kurt, Monica, & the whole team involved with my family & I's case did an outstanding job beyond my expectations. First, let me say that I have never had an injury where I was required to hire an attorney. Having been hit by a truck while riding my bicycle I required legal representation. Kurt Zaner and Monica helped take care of my car accident claims with as little stress and effort on my end as possible. They really care a lot about your accident and getting you proper compensation for it. Kurt Zaner is amazing and I don't use that word lightly. After my car accident last year (was hit by a driver that missed a stop sign) I didn't think it would be a good idea to use an attorney to get my medical bills handled. I was wrong, I was referred to Kurt after searching through a sea of attorney that didn't seem affordable or would get good results. And after working with Kurt and his paralegal Marisol I couldn't be happier. They responsive the whole way and kept me in the loop with my case proceedings. After my accident, I filed a claim with the offending persons insurance company and they paid the policy limits quickly. That person had only state minimum insurance coverage that was no where near enough to cover my injury. Thankfully, I had UM/UIM (uninsured/under insured motorist) coverage on my policy.
