I first hired Marc as my attorney for an auto liability lawsuit in May of 2012. At the time he was an associate at Bachus and Schanker. I was living in Fort Collins then and he drove all the way up from Denver to meet with me and go over all the initial paperwork. Marc is what I would describe as a legal OG. He is so skilled at what he does because he is personable and easy to communicate with but also you notice his commanding presence when he enters the room. He was highly sympathetic regarding the traumatic circumstances surrounding my accident and made me truly feel like he was available to help me any day of the week. Overall Zaner Harden Law was easy to communicate with and extremely fair in their pricing for the quality of service you receive. Jenny the paralegal is awesome and she always made time to answer my questions even when I was being impatient and blowing her phone up. After we settled my case Marc ended up reducing his cut of the settlement so he could give me a round number! This firm is pure class and I endorse them to the fullest extent.

In January of 2014 I was involved in a car accident and I found myself needing the assistance of a lawyer. Zaner Harden Law office was highly recommended to me by someone I trust. Initially I was very nervous because I had never needed a lawyer before. The first meeting with Marc Harden immediately put my fears to rest. It was very clear that my best interests were what mattered to Marc and his staff. They took care of everything from helping to find respected medical professionals to being the liaison between myself and the insurance companies. I would receive phone calls or email communications regularly to keep me informed on the status of my case and sometimes just to check if I was doing OK. When the time came to decide how to resolve my case Marc was very straight forward and gave me options as well as his recommendations. Back in the spring I got into a pretty serious wreck on my motorcycle. A Kia took a left turn right in front of me and I didn't have a chance. I was hospitalized for 2 weeks (1 week in ICU) for 8 broken ribs, a collapsed lung, lacerated liver, and cracked sternum. After initial recovery (I'm sooooo lucky) I am now faced with shoulder surgery and possible knee surgery. While in ICU, my parents got in touch with Kurt Zaner based on his history with helping motorcycle riders. That night he personally came to my ICU room and met with me and my family. And he and his staff have not left my side since. Looking back at this entire ordeal, I consider myself lucky to have Kurt and Monica in my corner. Throughout the whole process they assured me that, while they were fighting for me to be properly compensated for my injuries, I needed only to concentrate on healing. Just to show the level of personal connection they had with me and my family, Zaner Harden Law expedited a portion of the settlement to me so that my wife and I had the money we needed for our wedding. Toward the end of the process, my insurance company offered only half of my policy's limits. Kurt personally contacted my insurance company and "gently" reminded them of my injuries and that Zaner Harden Law was more than willing to fight for policy limits in a courtroom. The next day my insurance company agreed to offer policy limits. Done. My bills are paid, my body is healing, I am not worried about having enough money to pay for anything that may be lingering from the accident AND I have a top shelf lawyer that I can call any time I may need help in the future. I know Zaner Harden Law takes care of many different cases. But, if you ride motorcycles and, God forbid, something has happened to you, Kurt Zaner and his team truly understand the ins and outs of motorcycles injury cases. Lawyer!? I never thought I would need a lawyer. Then I was rear ended in my Chevy Silverado stopped at a red light. She bent the frame of my truck and I sustained head and neck injuries, but still why would I need a lawyer? I had full coverage and so did the girl who hit me. In a no fault state like Colorado and $10,000 in Med-pay coverage through my insurance company, again I should be good. I was wrong. I am a self employed hairstylist and was the sole provider at the time for my family.If I don't work I don't get paid, plus I take the chance of losing all my clients. Her insurance company said if I had loss of wages I could file for that but I needed letters from every client I could not see, plus my tax returns. I was in so much pain I couldn't see straight, but I kept working. I was afraid they wouldn't come through, and how was I going to pay my bills. Going from doctors to therapists, nothing was helping. I went to see a couple of lawyers in Colorado Springs that were referred to me, but I was told keep a pain diary and come back after a year or so and they could file a lawsuit for me. After several months of going through different treatments with no relief, trying to work, talking to insurance companies (mine and hers) and getting no where, I went on the web to try and understand what my rights were. I had a swarm of lawyers contact me and I let them all go to voicemail. Marc Harden contacted me from Zaner/Harden Law and he was so different from the rest of them. After being introduced to Kurt, I thought wow! two incredible lawyers in one building! Kurt ended up finishing my case, because Marc's case load got too heavy. I'm not sure where to begin. He's super smart, great sense of humor, impeccable dresser and a little on the eclectic side. He doesn't look or act like a lawyer, and that's what is so incredible about him. Every person that I witnessed had contact with him, liked him (the other attorneys, the mediation judge, etc.) This is my opinion, but I think the opposing insurance attorney quit after dealing with Kurt. I could see it in his face, he wanted to hate him, but he couldn't because Kurt is so personable, sharp and the jurors would have loved him too. We ended up settling out of court which was great. my only regret was that I would have loved to see Kurt in action during a trial. If I could give Kurt 10 stars I would, and that goes for the whole law firm. Zaner/Harden Law will be the only law firm I ever endorse. And in the end yes I did need a Lawyer. Glad I found a good one!

Zaner Harden Law was recommended to me by a colleague of mine and I will always be thankful for that. I was in a car accident which ended in a spine surgery this past February.
