Incredible people, highly recommend! Ted, Jenny, Sarah, and Kurt were great to work with, and did a fantastic job with my case. They worked hard on it for 5 years and I couldn’t be happier! They were open and honest the whole time and didn't pressure me to do anything that I didn't want to do.

This is a great place to go if you need an amazing law team by your side. They’ve helped me through two car accidents. I was hit both times and suffered some serious injuries on the most recent case. Mara ( my lawyer ) and Daniela ( my paralegal ) we’re an amazing team. Mara made sure I was compensated for a all the medical treatment and surgery I had to go through. Daniela made sure a all my records were received and recorded and all paper work in order for the case and I know it wasn’t easy. She was a great communicator of all the details and answered any questions I had along the way. They made sure I could focus on getting better. I still have a long road ahead but they’re hard work made it easy to stay positive about my recovery. I’m forever grateful.

The team that helped me were Monica, Sarah and Kurt. I can not express how thankful I am for everything they did for me. Monica was very helpful and responsive with any questions or help that I needed. Sarah and Kurt made sure that I was treated with the best and trusted doctors. Zaner Harden law firm is hands down the best I’ve ever worked with, and Leah Garett and Monica Cherry made an incredible team working on my case. I was in a pretty bad car accident and needed to seek legal counsel, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome! Kurt Zaner and his entire team were absolutely amazing while helping us with the loss of my 18 year old nephew due to a car accident. I have not personally utilized Zaner Harden Law, however I have referred a family member and good friend that have. In both cases they were injured in accidents, and I referred them to Mara! Not only was she professional and responsive, but she also helped them navigate a complicated process and get the physical treatment that was important for their recovery. Both cases resulted in positive outcomes, and they were grateful for the referral to Mara and her team. The reality is we never want to be in a situation that requires their services. I am glad I know someone that I can trust to provide honest and great service in the event I find myself or my loved ones injured in an accident.

Our son was in a motorcycle accident in Denver and sustained serious injuries. Mara was Terrible, did not do her job for me at all. Working with ZHL was NOT a positive experience, I often felt that I was on my own and not supported. My attorney didn’t want to do much work, and I never felt like the firm was fighting for me or on my side. For instance, when I got all of the paperwork for my claim together, they didn’t have it organized on their end and would ask me several times for the same things. They did the same thing to my health care provider who was so overwhelmed at how many times they asked her for repeat documents that she almost dropped me as a client. As for the settlement amount, I complained about the low number of my settlement and asked them to send me the breakdown. Thereafter, they changed the amount, and gave me a higher number that was rightfully correct, but only after I asked! If you have to ask your attorney why the number is so low, and then they change it, you can't help but suspect that something unprofessional is going on, and you certainly cannot trust them to have your best (legal or financial) interest in mind. I would have loved to have worked with people who made me feel like I could sit back and trust that they were protecting and advocating for my best interests, but that was not the case. I am very grateful that this experience is over, and I’m grateful that I stood up for myself and checked ALL the numbers several times to make sure I received my fair settlement, instead of letting them take whatever they wanted without my knowledge because of blindly trusting that were the “professionals”…. If you work with them, check your numbers twice or 3 times to make sure it’s fair. It is possible that the Lady I worked with (Mara) just messed up and they have other people who are more on top of their job, but who knows. I would not recommend going to them. Or if you do, just watch you back and count your numbers.

I called one of those big personal injury lawyers on TV and they treated me like I was worthless. When I spoke to Mara Essick and Monica Cherry they were compassionate and committed. They responded quickly to any questions and got me a much bigger settlement than I had anticipated. These ladies work hard for you.

From the time I called them till we received our compensation the team was awesome.
