This firm originally asked me to leave a review at the beginning of everything. Naturally I left a good review but I had nothing to review at the time. I chose this firm because of their 5 star reviews on google. I’m now wondering how real those reviews are. I paid this firm almost $8,000 to wait months for them to file a complaint. When they finally did I didn’t hear from them for quite some time. In that time my retainer was being drained for whatever reason. I ended up having to go with another firm due to being charged repeatedly without seeing any results or getting any updates. In the end I had to pay another lawyer all over again to start from scratch because Ragab Law filed the complaint completely incorrect. They refused to give me any sort of refund and basically told me I paid for their time not the work they performed. Do not use this firm they are extremely unprofessional and do not know what they are doing.
