What to say about the team that saved my sanity… and my home. I was sued for a document allegedly signed under duress. And as you can imagine, claiming duress isn’t exactly the easiest thing to prove. Three years ago, I was in a relationship that entangled with business, new ventures, and when there was time, romance. When the downfall happened, I was losing a farm, animals, and what I thought was the love of my life. Lo and behold, a lawsuit shows up on my doorstep, hours after I get an appraisal on the completely renovated house, I completed myself after I had to vacate my entire life to rebuild. Under complete shock, I called Sami and Kaylea, who gave me some uneasy news. This isn’t a case that’s solved easily, and most of the time, requires a counter suit and a TON of money. The one thing that made me feel like we had a shot is that my attorneys believed me. They believed every word I said from start to finish, and with that information, they formulated a plan to use the truth to set me free. The team proved that it was forged due to my signature being the same for 20 years and completely threw the case out. Kaylea, Sami, and their incredible law firm saved me from a multiple hundred-thousand dollar lawsuit against me that would have taken every dime of the equity I rebuilt from nothing. The sanity of knowing that the truth prevailed in a tough legal system and the trust that I have in this team is well-earned. I would recommend them for literally anything regarding legal matters. Their network in the state is amazing, their attentiveness to situations is unmatched, and I will absolutely never forget the family feeling that I had through this whole process.
